USD and EUR account details are issued through our licensed partner after verification. Balances are held by Moneyspace as USD- and EUR-backed stablecoins (USDC, EURC). They are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance such as CDIC or FDIC.
Anyone can sign up and use the crypto wallet right away, with no documents. USD and EUR account details open after a check: a valid ID for individuals, registration documents and a list of owners for companies, fully online. We may ask for verification at any time, including for the crypto wallet.
USD by ACH, wire and FedNow from US banks, EUR by SEPA from banks in the SEPA zone, and stablecoins: USDT on Tron, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain or Optimism, USDC on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon or Avalanche. Platforms and clients that pay to a US or EU bank account can pay you the usual way.
Incoming wires and SEPA transfers usually arrive within a business day, ACH in 1–3 business days. Payouts are processed on business days and usually arrive within 1–2 business days (ACH up to 3). Stablecoin deposits are credited after network confirmations, usually within minutes. Times can vary; every transfer shows its live status in the app.
Usually not. One check opens both USD and EUR account details. When we add a new payment provider, we reuse your verification where we can and ask only for what is missing. The crypto wallet works without verification, but we may ask you to verify at any time.
Opening an account and verification are free, and there is no monthly fee. Bank deposits cost 0.5%, payouts and exchange 0.5% with a small minimum; stablecoin deposits are free. The exact fee is shown before you confirm — see pricing below.
