DBA Disclosure

"DBA" stands for "doing business as". This disclosure explains who stands behind the Moneyspace name, so that you always know which company you are dealing with.

1. Who we are

Moneyspace is a trade name. It is not a separate company. The services offered under the Moneyspace name are provided by:

2. Why this matters

When you open an account, accept our terms or make a transfer, your contract is with PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Every right and obligation that our documents describe as belonging to "Moneyspace", "we", "us" or "our" belongs to PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Using a trade name does not change who is responsible to you.

We provide our services only through these addresses:

• Web app: https://app.moneyspace.io
• Email: addresses on the same domain as our website, such as support@moneyspace.io
• Verification: Bridge's identity verification pages, which you open only from the App or from an email we send you

If anyone contacts you on our behalf from another website, domain, phone number, messenger account or social media profile, treat it as suspicious and check with us at support@moneyspace.io before you do anything. Our Trust and Safety page explains how to recognise impersonation.

4. Names you may see in transactions

Depending on the payment method, you or the people who pay you may see one of the following names on bank statements, payment confirmations or blockchain explorers:

• PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, our legal name;
• Moneyspace, our trade name;
• Bridge or the bank that Bridge works with, because our USD and EUR account details and bank payouts are provided through Bridge (bridge.xyz).

Bridge is a separate company and is not part of PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. During verification for USD and EUR services you will interact with Bridge's own pages and accept Bridge's own terms. Your relationship with us, including your balances, remains with PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

5. How to read our documents

In all of our legal documents, unless a document says otherwise:

• "Moneyspace", "we", "us" and "our" mean PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD;
• "you" and "your" mean the individual or business that uses our services;
• headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the text;
• "including" means "including but not limited to";
• if a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
