This disclaimer applies to our website https://moneyspace.io, our web app https://app.moneyspace.io and everything we publish about our services. Moneyspace is a trade name of PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, a Canadian corporation registered with FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) as a money services business.

Not a bank, not a deposit

PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD is not a bank. A balance shown in your Moneyspace account is a record of the amount we owe you. It is not a deposit with a bank or any other deposit-taking institution.

• Money received to your USD or EUR account details is converted by our partner Bridge into stablecoins backed by the same currency (USDC for US dollars, EURC for euros), which we hold in wallets that we control.
• Your balances are not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC), the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), or any other deposit insurance, investor protection or compensation scheme anywhere in the world.
• We do not pay interest on balances.

No advice

Nothing on our website, in our app, in our emails or on our social media is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any currency or digital asset. Information about exchange rates, fees, networks and timing is given for general information. Before you make financial decisions, consider getting advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Digital assets carry risk

Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are issued by private companies, not by governments or central banks. A stablecoin can lose its link to the currency it tracks, its issuer can freeze tokens, and a blockchain can be congested, attacked or changed. Transfers on a blockchain usually cannot be reversed: if digital assets are sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network, they may be lost permanently. Laws on digital assets are changing in many countries and may affect what we can offer. The Terms and Conditions describe these risks in more detail.

Third-party providers

We rely on other companies to deliver parts of our services, including Bridge for USD and EUR account details, bank payouts and identity verification, a digital-asset custody provider for deposit addresses, and providers of hosting and network services. These companies are independent of us. We choose them carefully, but we do not control them and we cannot promise that they will always perform as expected. Our responsibility to you for their acts is set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Information on our website

We work to keep the information we publish accurate and current, but it can contain errors and it can change without notice.

• Illustrations. Screenshots, sample transactions, names and amounts on our website are examples only.
• Timing. Delivery times we mention (for example, "usually within 1–2 business days") are typical times, not guarantees. Banks, partners and blockchains can cause delays.
• Fees and limits. The binding fee for an operation is the one shown in the app before you confirm it. Our current price list is published at https://moneyspace.io/en/#pricing.
• Future plans. When we mention features that are not live yet, such as new currencies or products, we describe our plans, not a promise. Plans can change or be cancelled.

Availability depends on where you are

Our website can be seen around the world, but that does not mean our services are available everywhere. We do not offer services to anyone in a jurisdiction where it would be unlawful, and we do not offer any service in the jurisdictions listed in our Prohibited Jurisdictions and Activities policy. Nothing on our website is an offer or solicitation in a place where it would be unlawful.

Links to other websites

Our website and documents link to websites that we do not operate, such as Bridge, public authorities and blockchain explorers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Translations

We may publish our website and documents in more than one language. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on general information on our website or by the temporary unavailability of the website. This does not limit any right that you cannot give up under the law that applies to you, and it does not change our obligations under the Terms and Conditions once you have an account.
