Consumer Protection Policy
Юридически значимая версия документов — на английском языке.
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This policy sets out how PAYCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD ("Moneyspace", "we") treats its customers, what you can expect from us, and how to make a complaint. It applies to individuals and businesses alike. It does not reduce any right you have under the law that applies to you, and it forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Our commitments
We commit to:
- Be clear. Explain our services, fees, limits and risks in plain language, before you decide.
- Show the price first. Show you the fee, the exchange rate where relevant, and the amount that will arrive before you confirm any operation.
- Be honest about what we are. We are a registered money services business, not a bank. Your balances are not deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance. We do not hide this.
- Treat you fairly. Make decisions about accounts and transactions based on clear criteria and the law, and not on grounds such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability.
- Protect your information. Handle your personal information as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Listen and fix. Take complaints seriously, handle them within set timeframes, and put things right when we get them wrong.
2. Information we give you
2.1 Before you open an account
Our website explains what each service does, who it is for, and what verification it needs. Our current fees and limits are published in our price list at https://moneyspace.io/en/#pricing. Our legal documents are published on our website and you can read them before signing up.
2.2 Before each operation
Before you confirm a deposit-related operation, payout, withdrawal or exchange, the App shows:
- the amount that will be sent or exchanged;
- our fee;
- the exchange rate, for exchanges, and how long the quote is valid;
- the network and the network fee, for crypto withdrawals;
- the amount the recipient will receive, where we know it;
- the estimated delivery time.
2.3 After each operation
The App shows the status of every transaction and keeps a history of your transactions, which you can review at any time. We send you email notifications about important events, such as incoming payments and completed payouts.
2.4 Changes
We will give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing a fee or making a change to our Terms that is to your disadvantage, as described in our Terms and Conditions. You may close your account free of charge before the change takes effect.
3. Your rights as a customer
You have the right to:
- receive clear information about our services, fees and risks;
- get help from our support team at support@moneyspace.io;
- withdraw your balances and close your account at any time, subject to legal holds and checks the law requires;
- report an error or an unauthorised transaction and have it investigated;
- make a complaint, and escalate it if you are not satisfied;
- access and correct your personal information;
- be treated with courtesy and respect.
4. Important things to know
- Transfers are generally final. Once a bank payout has been sent or a crypto withdrawal has been broadcast, it usually cannot be cancelled. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed at all. Please check the details before you confirm.
- Verification may be needed. USD and EUR services require verification through our partner Bridge. Crypto wallets currently work without verification, but we may require it at any time.
- We may have to act without explaining. The law sometimes requires us to hold a transaction, freeze an account or make a report without telling you why.
- Stablecoins carry risk. See the risk section of our Terms and Conditions.
- Local rights still apply. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, for example to cancel a transfer within a short period, nothing in our documents takes those rights away.
5. How to make a complaint
A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction with our services, our staff or our handling of an earlier complaint. You can complain in writing in English. If English is difficult for you, please tell us and we will do our best to help.
Send your complaint to support@moneyspace.io, with "Complaint" in the subject line, preferably from the email address registered to your account. Please include:
- your name, and the business name if it concerns a business profile;
- a description of the problem;
- the dates, amounts and transaction references involved;
- what you would like us to do to put it right;
- any documents or screenshots that help explain the issue.
Making a complaint is free.
6. What happens next
| Step | What we do | When |
|---|---|---|
| Acknowledgement | We confirm that we have received your complaint, give you a reference number and tell you who is handling it | Within 2 business days |
| Investigation | We review your account, the transactions and our records, and contact our partners (such as Bridge) where needed. We may ask you for more information | During the response period |
| Final response | We send you a written response that explains our findings, our decision and the reasons for it, and any remedy we offer | Within 15 business days of receiving your complaint |
| Complex cases | If we need more time, for example because we are waiting for a partner or a bank, we tell you why and when to expect a response | No later than 35 business days of receiving your complaint |
"Business days" means Monday to Friday, except public holidays in Canada.
If we resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 2 business days, we may confirm the resolution in our acknowledgement.
7. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we have not responded within the times above, you can escalate your complaint.
Level 1 — Support team. Your complaint is first handled by our support team at support@moneyspace.io.
Level 2 — Complaints Officer. If you are not satisfied with the support team's response, reply to it and ask for your complaint to be escalated, or write to legal@moneyspace.io with your complaint reference. A senior member of staff who was not involved in the original decision will review your complaint and send you a final response within 15 business days of your escalation request.
Level 3 — External options. If you remain unsatisfied after our final response, you may be able to take your complaint to an external body. Depending on the issue and where you live, these include:
- Privacy complaints: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the data protection authority of your country (see our Privacy Policy);
- Fraud and scams: the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, or the police where you live;
- General consumer complaints: the consumer protection office of your province, territory or country;
- Courts: you may bring a claim in court, including a small claims court, as our Terms and Conditions allow.
Where an independent dispute resolution body is available to you for our services, our final response will name it and explain how to contact it.
8. Complaints involving our partners
If your complaint concerns a part of our service provided through a partner, such as USD and EUR account details and payouts provided through Bridge, please still complain to us. We will coordinate with the partner and keep you informed. You may also contact Bridge directly under its own terms, which are available at bridge.xyz/legal.
9. How we learn from complaints
We keep a record of every complaint and its outcome. We review complaints regularly to find recurring problems and their root causes, and we use what we learn to improve our services, our documents and our processes.
10. Accessibility
We want our website and App to be usable by everyone. If you have difficulty using them because of a disability or for any other reason, tell us at support@moneyspace.io. We will try to help, and on request we will provide our documents in another accessible format where we reasonably can.
11. Customers who may need extra support
Some customers may be in circumstances that make them more vulnerable to harm, such as illness, bereavement, financial difficulty, or being the target of a scam or of financial abuse. If this applies to you, please let us know. We will treat what you tell us confidentially, use it only to help you, and consider reasonable adjustments, such as more time to respond, extra checks before large payments, or communicating through a person you authorise.
If we believe that a customer is being pressured or scammed into making a payment, we may pause the payment and contact the customer to check that they wish to go ahead.
12. Marketing and communications
We do not make unsolicited phone calls, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe. We never pressure customers to transfer money, and we never promise investment returns.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will not reduce the protections in it without telling you in advance.
